With 50 years of experience, IKO specialises in quality needle bearings, linear motion rolling guides, precision positioning tables and machine components. Our products include:

Linear Motion Rolling Guides: IKO’s linear motion rolling guides reduce linear motion friction in the positioning mechanisms of machines. Examples include our linear way and linear roller way rail guiding systems, as well as a ball spline-based shaft guiding system.

Needle Roller Bearings: With low cross-sectional height and high load capacity, our needle roller bearings exhibit rotational motion and incorporate a thin, needle-shaped roller into a rolling element. Since these bearings are small, they help reduce a machine’s overall size.

Precision Positioning Tables: Created by combining precision machining technology with electronics, our direct-drive precision positioning tables feature a ball screw or motor embedded between the bed and slide table.

In partnership with Distag QCS, Main Line Bearing Company is one of the largest suppliers of PIX V-Belts, wedge belts, Poly V belts, timing belts, garden and lawn belts, high power "Muscle Belts", hex (double sided) belts just to name a few. Distag QCS are also manufacturers of mechanical power transmission products such as sprockets, pulleys, chain, hubs and taper bushes.

Distag QCS currently have 3 sites located in Ipswich - UK, County Carlow - Southern Ireland, and Dungannon - Northern Ireland.
